Each episode of “Nanny 911” features one family experiencing child rearing problems. A live-in Nanny comes to their rescue, as she teaches both the parents and the child effective ways to avoid temper tantrums and adopt proper table manners. The show ends with hugs all around as the Nanny leaves the family having corrected the problems.
