Brennan Swain grew up in Rochester, NY. Throughout his younger years, Brennan competed at everything possible, whether it be a team or an individual sport. As he grew older he began to cultivate his love of the adrenaline rush. He has surfed, snowboarded, skydived, skateboarded, raced cars at places like Daytona International speedway, and performed on a BMX stunt team.

Brennan currently works as an independent contractor lawyer for the firm where he worked full time prior to winning The Amazing Race. He also works as a television correspondent and host for such shows as "Hollywood Heat" on Court TV, "Extra," "Reality Remix" and "On Air with Ryan Seacrest." In addition, he was a spokesman for Lexus and a weight-loss product called LumaLite.

When he's not working, Brennan is either traveling or taking advantage of all that the Southern California lifestyle has to offer. He recently competed in and won the US Challenge (www.challengerworld.com) with fellow reality stars Burton Roberts, Ethan Zohn and Hunter Ellis. The team went on to compete in the World Challenge in Malta.

Brennan is also actively involved with several charities, deploying his "celebrity status" to raise awareness about such organizations as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation and Reality4Diabetes.
